Conventional Wellhead

B&B Oilfield provides a full range of conventional wellhead equipment that is designed, manufactured and installed in accordance with our API 6A, API Q1 and ISO 9001-2015 quality programs. The B&B Oilfield Conventional Wellhead Product Line is available up to 20,000 psi for onshore & offshore applications. The B&B Conventional Product Line is available for HPHT and critical-service applications.

The BB-ILS Wellhead System has been developed to save rig time, reduce cost and improve safety. The straight bore and latch ring technology allow for more work to be done offline, safer and quicker installations than conventional wellhead. Eliminates time under the rig floor.

Gate Valves

JVM

The JVM Valve is a split gate valve available in 5000 psi ratings and is designed to seal against upstream and downstream simultaneously. The wedging of the two-piece gate assemble achieves the seating force required for complete sealing. The valve is available in most API sizes in both a screwed or flanged connection.

JVC

The JVC Valve is a slab gate valve available in 10,000 psi and 15,000 psi, engineered for performance and reliability. The floating slab-gate of these bi-directional valves creates a positive metal to metal seal at the gate- to seat and seat to body interfaces. The JVC valve incorporates a single seat and seat seals that are pressure energized to prevent foreign materials from flowing past the seat back face. The non-rising stem includes a back seat feature that allows for seal replacement under pressure.

B&B Surface Safety Valve

The B&B Surface Safety Valve is a full –opening,
pressure activated, gate valve designed to close in
the event of a high-pressure or low-pressure event.
It closes completely and quickly as the control
pressure is released. The Surface Safety Valve may
consist of either a Hydraulic or pneumatic actuator
that operates a reverse acting gate. The B&B Surface
Safety Valve can be sized to meet customer
requirements.

The B&B Oilfield Services JVC Valve is also available for SSV, API-6AV1, Class II Service.

BB-FLS-R Frac Valve

The BB-FLS-R is a fully engineered Frac Valve available in 10,000 psi and 15,000 psi rating. The BB-FLS-R Valve has been designed with Frac Fluids in mind. The design has metal to metal sealing between the gate to seat and seat to body. Design provides for the spring loaded, pressure-energized, non-elastomeric lip seals between the seat and body to aid in low pressure sealing and protects the seat pockets from intrusion of particle contaminants.
